Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the boat located?
All cruises depart from either Seacrets Hideaway Bar or the Seacrets Main Area. Your confirmation email will include detailed boarding instructions, and our Cruise Team representatives will be on-site to assist guests upon arrival.
What is the boat’s capacity?
Our larger vessel is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry up to 45 passengers. Our smaller vessel is certified to carry to 35 passengers.
Are there any age requirements for the cruises?
Guests must be 21+ to board, except on Family & Friends cruises, private charters, or when otherwise noted. Children must comply with Seacrets’ guidelines and remain with their guardians at all times before and after the cruise. A valid ID is required for alcohol purchases and will be checked prior to boarding. Alcohol is only served to guests 21 and older.
Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, there is a restroom on board. However, we encourage guests to use the facilities on land before boarding.
Is there a bar on board?
Yes! We offer a full bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside beverages are permitted. Guests must finish any drinks before boarding.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Drinks are not included—since not everyone drinks alcohol, we keep them optional! You can purchase your favorite beverages onboard, with a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The bar accepts both cash and credit cards.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted on board.
Can I bring pets on board?
Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted on board.
Do I need to tip the crew?
Our crew works hard to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Tips are greatly appreciated!
